The competition attracts players from north shore schools & offers a competitive hockey environemnt in the lead up to Term 3 hockey. All matches are played on sydnethic turf both Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons /early evening at Kuring-Gai Hockey Centre & Barker College. In 2016, 10 teams compete primarily from Pymble Ladies’ College, Abbostleigh, , Roseville , Loreto Normanhurst , Brigidine , Monte and Barker.

20 Years young - Mollie Dive 2014
This year North Shore‘s Hockey celebrated the 20th year of the Mollie Dive Cup. Barker senior 1st and Pymble Ladies College senior 1st , lined up in the final after 7 weeks of round robin matches involving Abbotsleigh , Monte , Loreto & Roseville . North Shore started this mid-week term 2 competition , 20 years ago to promote school girl hockey on the North Shore. The competition allows for girls hockey development on a turf surface and for umpire development at a senior level. The standard of hockey this year as per previous years and especially in the final was exceptional. Pymble Ladies College won the 2014 Cup with convincing play , 5 -1 against Barker. This is their 15th win in the 20 year history - a phenomenal record. A big thank you to past /present volunteers of North Shore Hockey that make this competition possible.
Under the direction of the Hockey NSW association reform program, the NSBHA is being established to serve hockey in then north region of Sydney.
