The popular NSB Junior Development program has been running for several years. It provides helpful exposure to new and experienced indoor players.
Coached by NSB rep coaches, the program focusses on several key areas:
- Indoor-specific skills such as the 'set', passing and receiving, etc.
- Indoor rules so the player has confidence to play in local competitions
- Structure and match-play
In the past this has been a very enjoyable experience for the players who have all made new friends from other clubs.
