Hi Willoughby Girls / Marist players

Thank you for being part of the inaugral Willoughby/Marist combined 11-aside team :)  This will be a fantastic opportunity for the girls to play in a full-field 11-aside school girls competition, playing against other school teams (such as Stella Maris, Loreto Normanhurst, PLC, Roseville).

The games are mid-week, either Tuesday or Wednesday nights, at Barker College and the new hockey pitch at Ku-ring-gai High School.

Transport to and from the game will be arranged in a car-pooling system by the coach, parents or other helpers.  The collection and drop-off point will be the carpark at Willoughby Park Bowling Club.

Laura and Diana (from the Middle Cove social comp) are very generously helping with coaching the team.

Training will be Thursday evenings 5pm to 6.30pm at Middle Cove hockey courts, commencing this Thursday 2nd May 2024.

Would you please complete this registration ASAP and pay a contribution of $90/player towards the team entrance fee.  This covers the cost of hiring the hockey pitches and umpires.   For those players who are not registered for the annual HA / HNSW / NSB membership fee, there will be a small membership fee for the MD comp (to ensure players are fully covered under the NSB public liability insurance and for their own personal insurance).  The link to this registration will be sent separately and is approximately $40.

The first game is Wednesday 8th May at 5.30pm at Ku-ring-gai.   Could all players requiring transport meet at the Willoughby Park Bowling Club carpark at 4.15pm.
