Event Waiver

By nominating for the u12 development program, players and parents agree to be bound by the procedures outlined in the Policy and the player is deemed to have explicitly consented to the Player Responsibility Agreement.

In particular attention is drawn to the Nomination Fee, which is retained as part of the fees and is non-refundable except in certain circumstances:

If the player withdraws one week prior to the first session.
If a player cannot be placed in a team or train-on squad (academy).
At the discretion of the Rep Convenor.
